Click here for details about Howl-O-Ween Spooky Pooch Parade and costume contest Oct 31 starting at 10am at the base of the Ferris Wheel. "Pre-Furred" vendors, Pet Psychic and Best Trick Contest. Most Spooktacular will lead doggie parade around the stores at The Wharf. (In case of inclement weather it will be relocated to covered parking garage.)
