The Wharf’s 2nd Annual Howl-O-Ween Doggie Parade and Costume Contest
Sat, Oct 31, 2009, from 10am to noon at The Wharf in Orange Beach.
Free to participate in costume contest. “Most Spooktacular” will lead the doggie parade around 100 stores. Best Trick contest. Prizes for Spookiest costume, Tiniest Terror (smallest dog), Greatest Ghoul (biggest dog), Best Kisser and Best Pet/Owner Look-A-Like.
Emerald Coast’s Foremost Pet Psychic, Sarah Christopher, will do 10-minute intuitive readings for pets and people for $10.
Pet adoption and rabies/microchip clinic. Rabies shots $10 and microchips $25.
10:00am Registration begins and Vendor booths of pet-related products open at Palm Plaza (at the base of the Ferris Wheel)
11:00am Best Trick Contest, judging of costume contest awards, then, doggie parade around The Wharf.
Raffle tickets $3 donation (or 2 for $5) for vendor prizes. All proceeds go to the Baldwin County Humane Society.
